1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Post Bridge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
2. The Service
Post Bridge lets you compose content once and publish or schedule it to connected third-party social platforms. You're responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through them.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create and post. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store it, format it per platform, and transmit it to the platforms you select, on your instruction. We don't claim ownership of anything you post.
4. Connected accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize Post Bridge to publish on your behalf via that platform's API. You must comply with each platform's own terms; we're not responsible for actions those platforms take against accounts that violate their rules.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Post Bridge to publish unlawful content, spam, or anything that violates a connected platform's policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Billing & trials
Paid plans begin after your 7-day free trial unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime from settings, effective at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Referral program
Referral commissions (30% recurring) are paid on completed payments from users who sign up through your link, subject to the referral terms and standard fraud checks.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled posts depend on third-party platform APIs, which can change or fail outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post Bridge isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content published to third-party platforms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
