People assume "post to nine platforms in a minute" is marketing hyperbole. It isn't — it's just a workflow with the friction removed. Here's the exact sequence I run every morning, start to finish.

Step 0: connect once (you only do this once)

The one-time setup is linking your accounts — personal and brand, across all nine networks. After that you never touch it again. This is the only slow part, and it's slow exactly once.

Step 1: write the caption (about 20 seconds)

Open the composer and type your post one time. Don't think about platforms yet — just write the thing you want to say. As you type, a character count for every network updates live next to its name. If you're about to blow past X's 280 or Bluesky's 300, the number turns red before you ever hit send.

Step 2: glance at the previews (10 seconds)

On the right, your post is rendered exactly as each platform will show it — the X card, the LinkedIn post, the Instagram tile, the vertical TikTok. This is the step that saves me from myself. I catch the link that would've been truncated weird on LinkedIn, or the caption that needed an image for Instagram, before it goes out, not after.

Step 3: tune the one that needs it (optional, 15 seconds)

Nine times out of ten the shared caption is fine everywhere. When it isn't — say I want a punchier line for X and the full story on LinkedIn — I open a per-platform override and type a different caption just for that network. Its own character count, its own preview. Everyone else keeps the shared version.

The trick isn't typing faster. It's never re-typing the same thing nine times.

Step 4: pick accounts & post (10 seconds)

My usual accounts are already selected because I ticked "remember for next time" ages ago. I hit Post now and watch each account confirm, one by one, with a little tick. Or, if it's content for later, I pick a date and it drops onto the calendar to send itself.

Add it up: roughly a minute, most of it spent actually writing. The nine-app copy-paste marathon is just… gone.

The one habit that makes it stick

Batch it. Once a week I'll sit down, write five or six posts, and schedule them across the week from the calendar. Then for five days I post "nothing" — it all goes out on its own. That's the real unlock: not 60 seconds per post, but 60 seconds and then a week of silence.
